Kendalltown is a community established in 1970 with 475 townhomes and three distinct Phases. It has a beautiful lake in the heart of the community and is surrounded by canals, making Kendalltown the perfect community, if you are looking to live near the water and enjoy nature.
A thoughtfully and meticulously planned community and a source of serenity amidst Miami’s bustling Kendall area, Kendalltown has, since its creation, always been one of South Florida’s premier communities. New enough to gleam with constant diligent maintenance, this 475-unit community is old enough to have lush shade trees, green-edged walking and running paths, palm trees, well-manicured landscaping and character in its buildings and amenities.
